Information for Campers - Applicable Fees

These charges include two adults and their children under the age of 18 years. A maximum of 4 adults will be permitted at each site. Persons over 18 years of age, including family members, will be charged the extra ADULT rate of $40 per week or $8 per night. Extra children, not family members, will be charged $4 per night or $20 per week. A booking fee of $20 will be charged for advanced bookings and all fees must be paid in advance. When booking camp sites, a definite period of occupancy must be made.

Sites must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. All campers will be charged a deposit of $15 for a shower key. A refund will be given when the key is returned. Shower keys must be returned by 11am on the day of departure.

****Melbourne Cup, Christmas school holidays, March long weekend and Easter. These are FAMILY CAMPS ONLY times and must have PARENTS ON SITE AT ALL TIMES. Courtesy calls for other times would be appreicated.

1) MELBOURNE CUP WEEKEND - Bookings for this weekend will be taken from the 1st of August and are for a minimum of 3 nights.

2) CHRISTMAS - Bookings open on the 1st of September. Minimum booking in one week from Saturday to Saturday.

3) MARCH LONG WEEKEND - Bookings for this weekend will be taken from the 1st of February. Minimum booking is for 2 nights

4) EASTER - Bookings for Easter will be taken from the 1st of February. Minimum booking is for 4 nights

A rubbish clearance levy ($10 per week) will be included for the Christmas and Easter holiday periods. Fees include 2 adults and 3 children under 16.
